More Weight Lost

Very happy to have lost more weight. I’m definitely feeling a lot more comfortable in my skin. Over a decade ago, I gained over 100 lbs from the psychotropic medication I was taking. I am still taking it, but thankfully the combination of cutting down on dairy, decreasing portions, drinking more water, and walking have proven to be helpful. I’m happy so many people responded positively to my weight loss journey. I love you all!

“Grimoire” by Jacob R. Moses

This is the cover of my first full-length poetry book under Jacob R. Moses. The title of the book is “Grimoire.” For those unfamiliar with the word, it’s a book of spells used by magicians of all varieties (wizards, witches, etc). I doubt you will turn into frogs when you read this book, but biodiversity is a good thing. Thank you to the folx at ii Publishing for putting so much love into this book.
